Class Schedule

All classes listed below are located at the Suhaila Salimpour School of Belly Dance (425 San Pablo Avenue Albany, CA 94706) unless noted otherwise. Class material rotates on an eight week rotation. Unless otherwise noted, students may join classes at any point in the eight week rotation of material.

What To Wear:
Please wear clothing appropriate for dance class, such as dance pants, jogging pants, leotards and tights, sports bra, t-shirts, a light hip scarf (no beads or coins please) and bare feet.  You might also want to bring a yoga mat for the warm-up and a water bottle.

During weeklong workshops, the noon weekday classes will be condensed to one hour.

Must have prior approval from Suhaila Salimpour School of Belly Dance Instructor to participate in a Level 2, Level 3 and/or Level 4 Suhaila Belly Dance Class.
